Mission Statement
My tag line is “Lets Mise”. I will say this when I start my recipe in every video. It’s short for Mise en Place, which is a French term that means to have all the ingredients necessary for a baked good or culinary dish prepared and ready to combine up to the point of mixing with the ingredients measured or weighed, with the mixing method separated out, up to the point of baking or cooking.
My mission Statement is 3-fold. I am passionate about keeping God in the forefront of all we do in life, also do what you love for a living, and if its food then I hope you have a passion to make people happy through food. If it’s not food then use the same philosophy with something else you love to do.
Also, organ donation. I am passionate about organ donation. This gift provides life enhancing opportunities to others. It will save so much suffering and the lives of so many.
